Recommendations?

I'm looking for someone to tune my piano. Does anyone have a recommendation for me? Do any of you do this thing? pied_piper70? Would it be reasonable or unreasonable for me to attempt to learn to do it myself?

I'll also be looking for someone to fix a crack in the soundboard. Who can give me a solid recommendation for a piano repair person/shop?

I wouldn't recommend tuning your own piano. I know a lot of DIY-ers, many of whom are fellow music school comrades... not a one of us has ever attempted to tune our own piano! Especially if you have a crack in the soundboard - you need someone to fix that professionally, obviously.

I'd recommend my tuner, but ya know - I live in PA.
