Grrr. I'm supposedly in training, but everything is tremendously disorganized here and half the class is running around trying to get the software installed. We have only one more section to complete and then we're free for the day. Hence I'm getting antsy.

I love wasting time at home; I hate wasting time at work.

A great deal about a particular Business Rules Management System* that my company is investing in. I'm learning the IDE, the language (syntactically almost identical to Java or C#), best practices, and utilities. It's really pretty neat.

*At the heart of it the business logic layer is completely extracted from the application and built as a separate set of files. Benefits to us are the ability to expose the logic to business users in such a way that they can modify it and test their own modifications, and a resultant reduction in the change cycle. If you're not bored to tears already I'd be happy to babble about this when next we meet. :)
