The total work done by all of us was probably about double that.
Aside from a tiny headache this morning which went away quickly (and which I attribute to the Blue Hawaiians), I've felt great all weekend. No aches, pains, or stiffness at all. I do have bruises, but then I always have bruises from something.
I would say that I should do this kind of thing more often, but I would be wrong.
