Jan. 22nd, 2007 11:52 pmOne of the delights of SAD: I get what I jokingly refer to as circadian arrhythmia. That is, I come home sleepy at 18:30 and have the choice of either crawling into bed around 19:00 and waking up before 04:00, or else not proceeding immediately to bed and instead being up until 01:00. There does not seem to be a happy medium; I cease to be sleepy after 20:00. This is not ideal when I must wake up around 05:30.
Also, I have this tendency to be sleepy in the winter no matter how much sleep I get.
But you know, it's the end of January. Only a few weeks of getting worse and then it starts to get better. (Little cheers.)
