tesla | Fish Pepper

This is the first year I've grown fish peppers, and although I haven't gotten to taste them yet, I'm already delighted.

The fruit is deep crimson when ripe. The immature fruit is wildly variegated, just like the foliage. I've been watching my two plants to try to spot the transformation, but the fruit goes from green to red literally overnight. The closest I came was seeing a dark red pepper with ghostly paler red veins, which vanished over the course of an hour.

I'll try to get a photo with leaves plus young and ripe fruit tomorrow.
